Fireworks and Roses - 17.5"Hx15"Wx1.5"D

Part of my series “This is the Book We Never Wrote,” Fireworks and Roses captures the whirlwind of a fleeting romance. It tells the story of a short-lived, passionate affair with an unsuitable partner —brimming with passion, thrills and drama.  Yet, in the end, it lacked the enduring love I come to cherish and know I deserve. While the experience taught me important lessons, I can’t help but wish there had been a different teacher and a wiser student.
 
This work is professionally framed and ready for hanging. The frame is white and the work floats atop a white mat. To highlight yet protect the three-dimensional elements of this work, I invested in non-glare Museum Acrylic as its cover.
