"Shelter Us" was inspired by the lyrical, sculptural architecture of Frank Gehry. Its spaces appeared mystical to me and I found myself asking: where will they lead me?
As I worked on the piece, world events shook me with fear, sadness, and disappointment. I found myself looking everywhere for peace, safety, and shelter. This work transformed into my search.
